Accountability is part of the job
A foundation manages assets that are permanently committed to a public-interest purpose. Publishing how it is governed and how its resources are used is not an extra — it is part of why it exists.
Under public supervision
Like every Spanish foundation, Roger Claessens is supervised by the Protectorate of the Balearic Islands, which verifies the lawfulness of its incorporation and monitors that it pursues the purpose it was created for.
Its annual accounts are approved by the Board and filed with the Protectorate, where they are available to anyone who wishes to consult them.
